COVID caused us a huge problem in March with a 2 month factory shutdown and lots of follow on problems.
The last few orders completed in Feb/ March this year and after will all be sent this week.
Later this month we hope to be running a further KS project.

All post Xmas orders are now with the courier, and you should get tracking numbers tomorrow.
If however you are on a Navy ship and are not expected to return until April, your package is still with us and will be Fedex'd when you return from the high seas .
If you have pledged on Kickstarter but have not yet completed the survey please do so now. This KS will shut down on the 22nd Feb and whilst you will still get your figures it may be some time.
I will try to email everyone RQG stats for all the miniatures in the next few weeks.

The surveys completed after 12th December will be packed over the weekend and shipped next week.
If your survey is still outstanding and you want your figures soon please complete the survey this weekend.
The survey will remain open into February if you wish to complete it later.

We still have a number of open surveys ( including psome who have made large pledges on Kickstarter). We will do another round of order fulfillment in the new year.

We are planning to ship our first batch of parcels on Wednesday next week. If you want your figures before Xmas and have not yet filled the survey please do so as soon as possible.
if you want to wait till after Christmas that is not a problem, we will hold the survey open until February.
